Concentration-Attention
This discussion is about training the mind to not wander and developing one pointedness by steady practice and concentration. During this discussion, an analogy is used of oil flowing from one vessel to another as a representation of single mindedness.
Class-Stop, Prioritize Meditation
Here Sat talks about the importance of giving priority to our peace and recognizing the “I.” She further reiterates how recognizing the “I” can contribute to our progress and wellbeing. Through a few of the tools such as Stop and Trust, the Art of Living in Truth can therefore be practiced and lived daily. This can be likened to living in a continuous state of meditation.
Two of Her previous articles are read and also elaborated on, Who I am Not, as well as I am I.
Class- Spiritual Healing II
The topic of Spiritual Healing continues here, where Sat introduces disease, discord and disharmony as never being created by God, therefore emphasizing their unreality, and having them nonexistent in our consciousness. She emphasizes that through “I am nobody and I don’t know anything,” along with taking everything to God as Omnipresent, Omniscient and Omnipotent, nullifies disease, discord and disharmony.
Class-Self Confidence
Sat discusses true Self-confidence and how that helps us have an unshakeable foundation, upon which everything else is built- self-satisfaction, self-sacrifice and self-realization. This helps not only with not judging or condemning ourselves but having Trust in the Omnipresent, Omniscient & Omnipotent.
Class-Mask, Contemplative Meditation
In this Video, Sat talks about dropping the masks that we all uphold and the freedom that that entails. She then reviews the following Contemplative Meditations- Omnipresent Meditation, “Be Still & Know that I am God”, as well as “Be Still & Know.”
Class-Two Cups
Sat discusses where and how we can satisfy our thirst for love and peace of mind, by a demonstration with two cups. One cup is empty with a design on the outside, and the other is plain but filled with water. Sat describes the nature of the mind and guides us on how to simply shift our attention to our treasure house or Home- the silent place inside of ourselves where there is no conversation with the thoughts. Through the Trust Meditation, Sat guides everyone on how to experience that.
