Sat discusses how Omnipresent Meditation can dissolve all worldly, mental, emotional and physical problems in life.
Sat: A very important point that, once understood, can dissolve all worldly, mental, emotional and physical problems in your life is to know and trust that there is only one God, one power, one Reality and one existence, which is everywhere, knows everything and is the only power! These three properties belong to something that in reality has no specifications at all, because the Truth has no characteristics! And what are these three properties? Omnipresent, Omniscient and Omnipotent!
Any situation that comes up in life can be dissolved with these three sentences: God is everything and everywhere, God is all-knowing and is everywhere; God is the only power.
When faced with fear and doubt, focus on this sentence: “Since God is everything and everywhere, then I can’t be separate from that.” This awareness and understanding separates a person from the fear and doubt and takes it away. What this means is that God is everything and everywhere, not only is God within us, but that God is also all around us. Don’t forget that at any moment, if you feel loneliness, fear or anxiety, repeat this sentence which is true and contemplate on it.
The moment you feel that you don’t have the power to do something, or you don’t understand something you are faced with, apply the second sentence. “Since God is all knowing and is everywhere, then I cannot not have knowledge nor presence!” The second sentence dissolves all mental worries. Awareness and contemplation on this sentence prepares the mind to accept knowledge, power, Omnipresence, etc.
Using the third sentence looks like this: Any time you feel doubt and you are afraid to start something, meaning you think it is too big a step, or you doubt that you can solve the problem, remember that God is the only power. Tell yourself, "Since God is Omnipotent, then nothing else can have power over me." If you give anything else power, then two powers are created, while the Truth is the only power.
When you focus on one power and that being only God, little by little the worthless beliefs and fears start to disappear; meaning that little by little, they are wiped away from your consciousness. This clean up is like preparing the soil for the seeds of Truth to be planted. Therefore live with these three sentences, these three Truths: God is everything and everywhere, God is all knowing and is everywhere and God is the only power. These are the first steps and over time, you will experience your Oneness with these three sentences (these three properties)!
