Class - First Be Then Do

Sat discusses and demonstrates how quickly the thoughts, good or bad, cover the blank screen of consciousness, but by practicing the Art of Living, the thoughts or images that used to grab us finally fade away. She also guides the class to do the “Just Be” meditation in order to feel and experience the State of Being.
