Fear Of Flying
Sat answers a questioner how can a parent help their child to get over the fear of flying
Question: I have a fear of flying and my daughter does now too. I am working on myself, but how can I help her?
Sat: Well, how are you working on yourself and how successful are you that you want to save her also? But the best thing is, when you are with your daughter in the plane, please put a short audio of Trust Meditation for both of you in your ears. If you have only one headphone, put one in her ear and one in your ear. And don't give any advice because you have a problem yourself. Just listen to that and say to your daughter, “Let's do our best to stand on the promise. Let's do our best. And when the airplane lands, we share it if we were successful or not.” And truthfully, if you still cannot Trust fully, you should share it that way and say, “Let's wait for the next time, and we're gonna do it even better.” Just be realistic. Don't try to, you know, touch the moon just to help your child.
